Jamie Llopis is a 1989 graduate of Sacramento State University. He is certified as an Athletic Trainer (ATC), Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a CrossFit Level 1 instructor. Jamie has been the Athletic Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach for Jesuit High School since 1991. He is also Trainer and Coach for the Sacramento Regional Fire Academy from 2003-2008. In 2004, Jamie was selected to be the Athletic Trainer Coordinator for the competition track at the Olympic Tack & Field trails in Sacramento. Jamie is also a co-owner of CrossFit Davis.
Brooke Swanson is a 2005 graduate of San Diego State University. She is certified as an Athletic Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Brooke is currently a Athletic Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach for Jesuit High School and was the Athletic Trainer for the 3 time National Champion 2006 Sacramento Sirens of the National Independent Women’s Football League.
Jay Nacionales is a 2004 graduate of Sacramento State University. He is a certified athletic tranier and is pursuing a masters degree in Sports Performance. Jay is currently a Athletic Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach for Jesuit High School. Jay has recently been named Fourth Power’s Director of Sports Injury Rehabilitation Program.
James Kitcher Jr. is a 1991 graduate of Fordham University and a Co-Owner of CrossFit Davis. He is a certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a CrossFit Level 1 Instructor and CrossFit Level 1 Nutritional Certified. He has an athletic background in hockey, track and field and a variety of martial arts.
Robert Linkul is a 2005 graduate of Sacramento State University and a 2008 graduate of the United States Sports Academy obtaining his masters in Sports Science. He is a certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Level 1 USA Weight Lifting coach and a Level 1 Track and Field Coach. Robert is currently the Director and coach of the Atlas Weightlifting Team and an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at CSU Sacramento. Robert has an extensive background as a coach and athlete in the discuss, shot put, javelin, hammer, weight throw, and the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.
